I am realizing that this feels a bit hard to "keep up with" Like I get the urge to write or update my blog and I think about it but then if feels like extra steps to actually begin.

Its not really that complicated but the patten my brain is used to is: 1. open app (facebook) 2. type out thoughts 3. hit post

To do that on neocities it feels like I have to boot up my computer, open vs code, copy the section I want to write in, save it, open webrowser to neocities, then update the folder, which is at least three extra steps. Although it would probably be worth it in the long run when I can look back and see all the things Ive written in this space.

I do prefer this over mainstream media anyday though. I feel so much more freedom in how I can express myself. plus it feels a little more secret. Even though anyone can find it, this stream of thought isnt just circling through a mass feed, someone has to come to my site and click the right assortment of buttons to get here. Talk about hyper awareness haha. If you are reading this I am grateful for you. Thanks for witnessing my rambles :*
